Description
Metal jacketed gaskets consist of a soft, pliable filler core enclosed in a metal jacket that may fully or partially wrap around the filler. The metal jacket provides strength and resistance to extreme conditions, while the filler ensures conformability and sealing performance. Jacket designs can be smooth or corrugated for enhanced flexibility. Partition bars can also be integrated or welded into the gasket for multi-pass sealing requirements.
